Babcock is seeking an Apprentice AME to conduct scheduled maintenance on AW169 aircraft. Candidates should be enrolled in an accredited AME apprentice program or be a graduate from Transport Canada. Key skills include proficiency in maintenance software and safety regulations specific to aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks under guidance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems on AW169 aircraft
• Monitor and complete task cards in maintenance tracking systems
• Utilize aviation tools and safety equipment
• Report hazards and incidents per company policy
Requirements:
• Enrollment in an accredited AME program or diploma
• Experience with rotary-wing assets, especially AW169
• Good organizational skills and physical dexterity
• Willingness to undertake shift work
• Ability to work at heights and travel as required
