Full-Time Bus Mechanic

As a full-time Bus Mechanic, you will support the transit fleet's safety and efficiency by conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily maintenance and inspections on buses

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately

• Perform preventative maintenance per company standards

• Conduct government inspections (CVIP) as required

• Respond to on-road breakdowns with prompt repairs

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Certification in Commercial Transport or Heavy Duty Mechanics

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical work experience

• Valid driver’s license and air brake endorsement

• Computer proficiency in diagnostic tools

• Effective communication skills
