UCB is seeking a Principal Scientist for SPR and biophysical assays at our Slough, Berkshire campus to drive discovery programs.
You will design, optimize, and lead complex SPR and biophysical studies, generate binding and kinetics data, and influence project decisions. Mentoring junior scientists and championing new technologies and automation will be expected as part of a collaborative, hybrid-first research environment.
