Treasury Management Support Specialist I
Wage Range:
Min: $18.45, Mid: $21.49, Max: $24.54
The Treasury Management Support Specialist I is tasked with the setup and maintenance of all Treasury Management products and services. The Treasury Management Support Specialist I has an understanding of the Bank and the department's current policies and procedures including a basic understanding of the NACHA Rules. Provides support and services to all Treasury Management customers and the bank's Treasury Management Sales team.
Reports to the Treasury Management Support Supervisor with moderate supervision.
- Maintain a general level of understanding of the bank's various Treasury Management platforms.
- Provide customer service and support for Treasury Management customers.
- Report system issues to Supervisor and communicate system outages to appropriate staff.
- Complete system setup and maintenance for existing and new treasury management products and services.
- Perform daily and monthly maintenance related to TM products and services.
- Stay up to date and be able to communicate basic NACHA Rules to Treasury Management customers.
- Understanding of bank apps and troubleshooting security settings.
- H.S. Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year treasury management systems, banking, or customer services preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
