Duck Creek Business Analyst (Duck Creek BA)

Duck Creek Product Owner / Business Analyst

Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek.

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Duck Creek platforms across Policy, Billing, Claims, and integrations.

Translate business strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Duck Creek capabilities.

Act as the primary business owner and decision authority for Duck Creek product design, scope, and priorities.

Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning within Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

Provide strong P&C insurance domain expertise to guide product modeling, workflows, and regulatory compliance.

Partner with Delivery Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Ensure optimal use of Duck Creek configuration vs. customization aligned with platform best practices.

Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness to ensure delivered features meet business outcomes.

Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to maximize business value and delivery predictability.

Drive continuous improvement and value realization through metrics, feedback, and stakeholder alignment.
