Maintenance Associates are members of the Maintenance Department responsible for all maintenance needs within the Distribution Center, including general housekeeping and upkeep of building fixtures and equipment.

• Vacuum, dust, clean, and sanitize all areas of the Distribution Center & Office Areas.
• Safe & proper sorting of recyclables and trash.
• Meet minimum productivity standards.
• Daily entry of all preventive maintenance performed on building/equipment as needed.
• Print daily entry of completed preventive maintenance work orders.
• Enter maintenance work orders into designated tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance department.
• Occasional use of hand and power tools.
• General warehouse maintenance, including painting.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Operate all equipment necessary for the role, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Follow material handling equipment safe operating procedures.
• Complete assignments within allotted time.
• Work a flexible schedule until work is done.
• Operate a floor scrubber to perform floor cleanings as needed.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Bend and twist frequently.
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Sit for extended periods.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
