- CNC Operations: Set up and operate basic CNC functions following detailed instructions and established procedures on CNC equipment to cut, punch, form, drill, pulse, spin, mill and stamp, to produce metal parts and components per design and drawing specifications required for subassemblies or finished products. Perform repetitive tasks such as loading/unloading parts on machines, attaching components, and operating hand tools. Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure tools and machines are operational.
- Follow step-by-step written or verbal instructions for machine setup and operation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality inspections using basic measurement tools (e.g., rulers, tape measures). Identify and segregate defective parts for supervisor review. Maintain accurate records of production counts and defect reports.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform basic equipment checks. Maintain awareness and report potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members, supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to address challenges and improve processes. Communicate effectively orally and in writing to report issues and provide updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Store tools and equipment properly.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
- Crosstrain in other areas and adjust to new processes or technologies.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Entry-level role: no experience required.
- Technical knowledge: familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment; basic computer literacy.

Entry-level role: no experience required.
- Manual Dexterity:
Handle parts and tools with precision. - Repetitive Motion: bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands.
- Standing Duration: stand up to 10 hours per shift.
- Lifting Requirements: lift up to 35 lbs.
- Environmental Exposure: noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, temperature extremes.
The expected Base Hourly Range: $17.50-$31.30. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
