Maintenance Electrician – Corteva Agriscience, Princeton, IL. $2500 Sign‑on bonus (not applicable to internal employees).

• Perform a variety of tasks to support general plant operations and field activities that evolve each season.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PM) and preseason projects linked to our RTOP.
• Support plant operations and deliver maintenance for capital projects.
• Maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools.
• Support Process Safety Management and location safety efforts.
• Conduct seasonal preparation work, including annual preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Ensure proper set‑up, calibration, operation, and preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities.
• Complete grounds and facility maintenance as needed.
• Utilize predictive maintenance tools to detect and remedy future machine failures.
• Create, continually update, and train preventive maintenance plans for varied equipment.
• Perform fabrication projects to improve plant processes.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Execute various other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and ability to interpret it.
• Ability to climb, work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable with technology and good computer aptitude (Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company applications).
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, organized workplace, and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Integrity, self‑starter, and willingness to assist team members consistently.
• High commitment to health and safety standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, nights, and weekends during seasonal peaks.

• Two‑year technical or associate’s degree in maintenance, electrical, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of PLC and/or automation.
• Additional industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, controls, and general maintenance).
