Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics.

• Visually inspect chips for defects and conformance to specifications using a microscope and tweezers.
• Run production machines to achieve required yields and efficiencies.
• Safely work with chemicals using prescribed PPE.
• Transfer completed material as required.
• Comply with quality systems procedures and documentation as required.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Clean work area, machine, tools and equipment.
• Work more independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior machine operating experience.
• Average computer skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Average math skills.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Good hand‑to‑eye coordination.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds.
