** Job Summary
**** Job Description
** The Tool Shop Draftsman is responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans for and manufacturing projects using computer-aided design software. They work closely with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure that their plans are accurate and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Duties  Create and modify technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using computer-aided design software  Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that designs meet project specifications and requirements  Review and analyze project documentation to determine accurate and precise drawings and plans  Revise and update drawings as necessary based on project changes or modifications  Create and maintain project files and documentation related to technical drawings and plans  Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of project progress and any issues that arise  Ensure that all technical drawings and plans comply with industry standards and regulations    

Job Requirements  High School Dipoloma or equivalent  7+ years of experience in a drafting or technical drawing role  Proficient in computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD or Solid Works  Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately create technical drawings and plans  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team of engineers and designers  Ability to analyze project documentation to determine accurate and precise drawings and plans  Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to technical drawings and plans
