Overview

Occupational Therapy - OT. OTA position with Progressive Health of Indiana, LLC in Princeton, IN. This is a PRN role with the option to float between two settings or work at one location. Part-Time; posted February 6, 2026.

Deaconess Gibson OP, 1808 Sherman Drive, Princeton, IN 47670, USA

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patients
  • Apply occupational therapy techniques including P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changes
  • Aim to achieve patient care time targets (general minimum 75%+ of individual patient care time in the outpatient setting)
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and provide patient feedback for ongoing health improvements
  • Deliver care as defined by applicable state practice act
Work Arrangements
  • Setting #1 – On-Site Pediatric Occupational Therapy at a major manufacturing center with an on-site daycare for team members' children; flexible hours and potential for longer or shorter shifts
  • Setting #2 – Outpatient Pediatric Therapy in the hospital outpatient Department with support from a dedicated Pediatric team; occasional weekend shifts may be required for Inpatient care
Ideal Candidate
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure/certification/registration in good standing or ability to obtain
  • CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start; maintain proof of current certification
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for the shift
  • Professional written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team; maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases
