  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activities.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr OT Network Engineer to support the design, deployment, and ongoing reliability of Operational Technology network infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This onsite role serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives.
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
  • Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices.
  • Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
  • Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments.
  • Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions.
