Job Overview
As a Floor Captain, you play an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping hospital units running smoothly and efficiently every day. You help ensure that clinical teams have the supplies, equipment, and support they need to provide excellent patient care.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, being organized, and working as part of a supportive team. You'll work across multiple departments, helping maintain supply flow, equipment readiness, and clean, well-stocked care environments.

What You'll Do
- Requisition and manage auto-stock supplies to ensure departments are well supplied
- Transport, deliver, and store supplies throughout assigned areas
- Maintain organized and well-stocked departmental supply and equipment areas
- Transport used/soiled equipment to SSP for proper reprocessing
- Restock nurse server areas and linen cabinets to support patient care needs
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory control, and general maintenance
- Help ensure cleanliness, safety, and order across supply and storage areas
- Support additional duties as assigned to keep operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
