Job Skills / Requirements Summary:- Responsible for leading and directing Team Members in production, quality, and safety while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure timely response to customer needs and requests
- Evaluate daily quality of services against customer specifications and expectations
- Ensure quality standards are met within assigned processes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Ensure standardized work is followed during training and certification processes
- Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with Group Leads, Team Leads, and team members across shifts
- Manage day-to-day operations and execute directives
- Provide leadership, coaching, and resolve employee concerns professionally
- Support performance management, including feedback and discipline in accordance with company policy
- Train, assign, and direct work while supporting employee development
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS:
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures, and to write routine reports and correspondence
SKILLS:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and standard units of measure
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and solve routine problems in standardized situations
- Work requires standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Other physical activities may include reaching, bending, and climbing
- Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at TMMI (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana), where employees may be exposed to moving equipment, automated machinery, and varying noise levels while adhering to established safety standards
High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
