Summary
Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of tasks associated with operating machines and producing good quality parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Troubleshooting mold process problems
- Set‑Up molding machines as scheduled or required by breakdowns
- Ensuring excellent quality product on assigned machines
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Effective communication of machine, tooling and quality problems
- Developing team environment on shop floor
- Willingness to participate in on‑going training programs
- Performing IP and/or MT duties when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned - Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies
- High School diploma or GED required
- Effective written and oral communication skills necessary
- Basic mechanical skills required
- Valid driver's license required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to various types of equipment that have vibration, and exposed to minimal levels of dust. The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection.
