Shift starts: 4:00am – 7:00am or 7:00am – 9:00am

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy, making substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Work in a fast‑paced environment, picking up items from all departments to fulfill customer orders.

• Dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the process.

• Balance online order fulfillment with in‑store customer assistance during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• Self‑mandated approach to customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to find products efficiently and provide accurate substitutions.
• Strong communication skills to assist customers and teammates.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
