Part-Time — 24 hours/week

Salary: $38,000/year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor to join our team and support the academic, social, and emotional well‑being of our students. The counselor will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to foster a positive and supportive school environment.

• Provide drop-in counseling services to students as needed.
• Act as a liaison with external mental health providers and coordinate care when necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for students experiencing urgent emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Implement and support in-class Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs to foster students’ emotional growth and well‑being.
• Lead or assist with in-class bullying prevention initiatives to promote a safe and inclusive school environment.
• Conduct parent education workshops to strengthen the school‑home partnership and provide guidance on supporting student well‑being.

• Master's degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with PK-8 school-aged children preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• French proficiency is not required.
