- Weekly pay
- Start time:
Flexible with both AM and PM shifts - Sign On Bonus: $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
- Shutdown Bonus: $2,000 in your first year
- Safety Bonus:
Up to $250 per quarter (where applicable) - Weekly guarantee: $1,385 per week
- Pay structure:
Solo Miles $0.55 per mile with 2500 miles per week;
Solo Stops $13.00 per stop with 5–10 stops per week;
Drop and Hook $6.00 per drop/hook - Benefits after 30 days:
Medical, Dental & Vision - 320 hours PTO in first year

- Deliver SOLO to: IN, IL, AR, MO, KY, TN

Dry Van 53' with swing doors - Freight:
No touch – auto parts - Requirements:
Strong backing skills; company paid scale bypass - Trucks are 36 months or newer; 24/7 roadside maintenance; company drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
- Verifiable Class A experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years in the past 5 years, OR
- 5 years in the past 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
Note: Some positions may require additional screening such as employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, or customer-specific background requirements.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
- Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer
- Perform other duties as assigned
