Truck Driver CDL A

Position

Class A CDL Truck Driver – Princeton, IN

• Weekly pay: $1,385 guaranteed base
• Solo mileage: $0.55 per mile (approx. 2,500 miles per week)
• Solo stops: $13.00 per stop (5–10 stops per week)
• Drop & Hook: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 after 30 days and another $1,000 after 90 days
• Shutdown bonus: $2,000 in first year
• Safety bonus: up to $250 per quarter if applicable
• Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO in first year (use or get paid for it)
• Uniform and boot allowance provided

• Routes: SOLO to IN, IL, AR, MO, KY, TN (Local Home Daily)

  Day Cab, manual or automatic
• Trailer type:
  Dry Van 53’ with swing doors
• Freight:
  No‑touch – Auto parts
• Strong backing skills required
• Truck: 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, company drivers fuel trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide
• Company paid scale bypass

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate/minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load and unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight as required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Minimum 9 months of Class A tractor‑trailer experience within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug/alcohol verification for the last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and read and interpret laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
