Calbourne County Middle School is seeking a passionate and dedicated math teacher to join our team in a full‑time capacity. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education and pedagogy.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
• Support students in developing critical thinking and problem‑solving skills through interactive and hands‑on learning experiences.
• Implement technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Uphold school policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and safe learning environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification in Mathematics for middle school level.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the middle school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of math curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance teaching and learning.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
