Lead all components of safety, health, and environmental programs to achieve and maintain zero incidents and injuries.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a close team environment, not only with his/her department but also with any other department.
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources.
Promptly report all safety malfunctions on equipment.
Comply with OSHA standards.
Move product to storage areas with proper equipment.
Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
Efficiently stack and safely store the merchandise in the designated area.
This position will require flexible working hours, including overtime, and help cover shifts during vacation and call‑offs.
Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
Strong teamwork and reliability.
