Full Time: 1st Shift

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
• Administer medications

• Completed CNA Course / State Licensed
• Completed Kentucky Medication Course and successfully passed the test
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive, dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance
