Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation covers the cost of your first set of uniforms and offers quarterly 1% raises for showing up and doing your job, plus an additional 1.5% annual raise, giving you the potential to earn up to a 5.5% raise every year.

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs; lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management and ask appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• Current state certification as a CNA.
• Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred.
