Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (Princeton Quarry, Princeton, KY)

Full‑time position with a night shift schedule from approximately 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Pay: starting at $27 per hour ($22 base + $5 shift differential). Pay may increase based on experience. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and may involve overtime and weekend work.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on stationary crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and other plant systems.
• Replace or repair bearings, belts, pulleys, motors, gearboxes, liners, and other plant components as needed.
• Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment and structures.
• Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and setup of new plant components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklift, skid steer, and manlift as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and communicate equipment issues promptly to supervisors.

• Strong dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs.
• Willingness to work the 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.
