Warehouse Forklift Operator

Ryder is hiring Sit‑down Forklift Operators in Princeton, Kentucky. This position offers weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a rewarding career in warehouse operations.

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  D shift – Wednesday 12:00 am to 6:00 am;
  Thursday‑Saturday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting, and maintaining the automated packing system.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and accurate documentation, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, audit, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License and certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Team‑player attitude within a diverse work environment.
• Highly dependable, punctual, with good attendance.
• Initiative, accuracy under pressure, minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety methods.
• Availability for flexible schedule and varied shifts.
