Warehouse Team Lead Manager 1st Shift

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Princeton, KY. The role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding career in supply chain logistics.

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift and team logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles and methods.
• Assist in orienting employees, providing the necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Complete and submit daily reports, proposing action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience.
• One year or more previous experience as Team Lead.
• One year or more Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• One year or more previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with an advanced RF scanner.
• Valid forklift operator’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Maintains composure under pressure.
• Adheres to health and safety methods.

• Hourly pay: $20.50 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:00pm.
• Weekly pay.
• Paid training and support.
