Float Teller

Job Duties

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Princeton branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes St Cloud, Elk River, Isle, Ogilvie, and Mora. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked). Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

High School degree or GED (required)

• You have a minimum of one year customer service experience
• You have a minimum of one year cash handling experience
• Previous financial service experience a plus
