Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Clamp Operator to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ;
Friday OT hours required as needed

Salary Grade B

$18.50 - $20.90

Job Summary:

The Clamp Operator is responsible for assembling Frameless cabinets using the automated clamp.

Job Duties:

Starts clamp in accordance with start-up procedure.
Selects the appropriate program for cabinets being run.
Assembles and glues cabinets.
Activates clamp to feed cabinet in and out.
Staples cabinet backs.
Attaches protective bumpers.
Attaches back stretchers with spray glue on frameless Current cabinets.
Retrieves adjustable shelves, blind panels and other parts with cabinets.
Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
Fills in other areas as needed.
