Sprayer III

We are seeking a Sprayer III to join our team in Princeton, MN.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM;
Friday & Saturday OT required as needed.

Salary Grade F: $24.25 - $28.70 per hour. Additional $1.00 Paint Pay.

The Sprayer III is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex spray‑applied finishes.

• Performs spray booth and spray gun maintenance for daily operations.
• Receives jobs in order of schedule and prioritizes work.
• Sprays frames, cabinets, and surfaces with primers, sealers, topcoats, enamels, toners, and spray stains.
• Inspects all work to assure that quality standards are being maintained.
• Maintains a working knowledge of all paints, stains, and topcoats.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
• Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, e.g., tape measure.
• Maintains the work area in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
• Performs other Paint Department jobs as needed.

Experience:

4 years of related experience required.
