Section Leader
We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Section Leader to join our team at our Princeton, MN location.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assigning operators to workstations
- Training of new operators.
- Production quality checks.
- Providing breaks to operators, and other related duties.
- Position requires excellent attendance, job performance and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of basic inspection devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gage preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding a plus, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location:
- In person-Princeton, MN location
Shifts Include:
2nd shift
-3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd shift - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
* Eligible for shift differential on top of base wage*
Shifts Include: 2nd shift
-3:00 pm to 11:00 pm 3rd shift - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am 40+ hours per week
