Mailroom Assistant

What You'll Do as a Mailroom Assistant:

• Feed paper and other materials into print and production equipment
• Remove, stack, and organize finished printed products
• Inspect printed materials for quality, consistency, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or delivery
• Maintain a steady workflow to support production schedules and deadlines
• Keep production and work areas clean, organized, and safe

What You Need to Bring to the Mailroom Assistant Role:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production and distribution environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a production setting

Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous mailroom, production, warehouse, or shipping experience is helpful but not required.
