** What you'll be doing as*
* ** a*
* ** Picker / Packer:*
* + Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

+ Work with small and large sized aluminum and steel components

+ Inspect freshly painted product to ensure that there are no flaws and parts are up to standards

+ Efficiently package finished parts as they come off the line and are cooled.

+ Ensure quality standards are being met.

+ Display flexibility and motivation to work in various departments of the shop as needed.

+ Assemble finished parts after they have been painted.

+ Pack finished product carefully and label with correct shipping information to ensure product is sent out correctly.

+ Work as a team both within your department and as an entire company

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Display efficient and quality work ethic in fast-paced work environment

+ Detail oriented, Multi-tasking skills

+ Ability to lift upwards of 40 pounds

+ Comfortable working in hot/ non-temperature-controlled shop

+ Reliable and motivated to help where needed every day

+ Metal manufacturing/production experience a plus

+ Resume and interview required

+ Background check and drug test required
