Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).
DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate full-time Nurse to provide 1:1 care in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Location is Princeton, MN
12 years old with Epilepsy in a loving home
- Hoyer lift and ceiling tracks
- G/J Tube
- 8am - 8pm (1st Shift)
- 8pm - 8am (overnights)
Pay Detail:
Number of hours, flexibility, and experience factor into pay.
LPN $26.45-$31.65/hr.
RN $38.20-$43.35/hr.
Responsibilities- Provide a variety of advanced cares potentially including but not limited to tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tubes, and wound care.
- Managing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan and implement care) and collaborating on care plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
- Demonstrate, teach and supervise care to patients and families.
- Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Minnesota (Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)).
- Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.

- ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accumulation 80 hours).
