We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

We are looking for a compassionate full-time Nurse to provide 1:1 care in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Location is Princeton, MN

12 years old with Epilepsy in a loving home

• Hoyer lift and ceiling tracks
• G/J Tube
• 8am - 8pm (1st Shift)
• 8pm - 8am (overnights)

Pay Detail:
Number of hours, flexibility, and experience factor into pay.

LPN $26.45-$31.65/hr.

RN $38.20-$43.35/hr.

• Provide a variety of advanced cares potentially including but not limited to tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tubes, and wound care.
• Managing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, plan and implement care) and collaborating on care plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrate, teach and supervise care to patients and families.

• Must be a licensed nurse in the state of Minnesota (Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)).
• Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certified by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.
