The RN Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care for residents while supporting the nursing team. By fostering strong communication, clinical excellence, and staff development, the RN helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees. Their leadership directly impacts health outcomes and team morale.

• Full‑time
• 12‑hour Overnight Shift
• 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
• Weekend Rotation
• Block Scheduling

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a registered and licensed RN in Minnesota
• Must have current CPR certification
• Experience in TCU, LTC, and MDS preferred

Up to $5,000.

Wage range: $37.46 – $40.47 per hour, credit for experience. Shift differential: $5.00 per hour.
