An RN at Elim Wellspring plays a vital role in ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care for residents while supporting the nursing team. By fostering strong communication, clinical excellence, and staff development, the RN helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees. • Full‑time 12‑Hour Overnight Shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
• Weekend Rotation
• Block Scheduling

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be registered and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• Must have a current CPR certification.
• Experience in TCU, LTC and MDS is preferred.
