Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify blockages, dirt buildup, mold, or damage
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment such as vacuums, brushes, and blowers to clean ducts effectively
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment during all cleaning procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients about the scope of work and provide recommendations for system improvements or repairs
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment at each job site to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance
- Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or related trades is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to operate power tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, crawling in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety standards related to working with HVAC systems and electrical tools is a plus
