Our team is growing! The Burns Auto Group (Burns Buick GMC, Burns Hyundai, Genesis of Cherry Hill, Burns Used Car Center, and Burns Collision Center) is hiring an Accounting Office Clerk/Assistant. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Performing basic and routine accounting functions
  • Maintaining and reconciling schedules
  • Scanning documents
  • Reconciling monthly statements for products related to car deals

    Assist Title clerk with out of state title work
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Automotive Experience Required
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail & punctuality
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment as a team player
  • Pleasant and positive demeanor when answering phones and dealing with customers
  • Professional personal appearance and presentation (follow company dress code)
  • Title work experience
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Overtime the first week of the month, as assigned
