Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and revenue.
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
Code expenses and reconcile information in Quickbooks for all company codes
Assist with coding on various spreadsheets
Assist manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Provide insights on budget variances and assist in financial forecasting.
Assist in the payroll process, including bonuses, reimbursements, verifying federal and state payroll taxes are paid etc.
Assist with check printing/bill processing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
ADP Payroll experience preferred
Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Accountant or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, etc.)
Basic or Intermediate level experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
