Small, bustling law firm in Princeton seeks a PART-TIME Accounting/Administrative Manager for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Accounts Payable (i.e., processing check requisitions and paying vendors)
- Payroll processing
- 401(k) and HSA administration
- Attorney Trust Account Management
- Oversight of office purchases and budgets, and reporting of same to shareholders
- General Accounting using Quick Books, including account reconciliation, financial reporting and communications with CPAs
- Various small administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will be looking for PART-TIME employment position requiring a time commitment of approximately twenty-five (25) hours per week. This is a hybrid position - mainly in-person with some remote.
