Finance Professional

On-site in Princeton, NJ - Hybrid. On-site Tues, Wed and Thurs on site. Wearing a lot of hats, general ledger - journal entries, account reconciliations, fair value of derivatives, financial reporting - work in the software system to write footnotes Temp to Perm opportunity time management skills, teamwork, ability to work additional hours at quarter end. Manager would love to see experience in med device, pharm, regulated industry, public company.

Experience in Oracle, One Stream, Workiva and Blackline would be a plus. Candidates should possess strong communication, technical accounting, organizational, and analytical skills. This role typically requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in general ledger accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting within a multi-entity environment, along with familiarity with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and maintain key balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and management reporting
• Support financial consolidations, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Support internal controls (SOX) and participate in audit requests
• Identify process improvements and support team development
