Our client, located in Princeton, NJ, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant of SEC Reporting, to join their team.
Hybrid
Responsibilities :
- 2-4 years of Big 4 public accounting and/or SEC Reporting experience.
- Own and drive the preparation process for the
10K/10Q and earnings releases, ensuring control effectiveness over the processes. - Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements and financial data necessary for external filings and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting department regarding the reporting processes and information required for proper and timely disclosures.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings and perform tie-outs/validations of filings.
- Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of company accounting policies and SOX compliance procedures.
- Support the external annual audit and quarterly review processes.
