Automotive Office Manager Honda of Princeton | Princeton, NJ. Honda of Princeton is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Office Manager to join our team and help lead the accounting and administrative operations of a busy, well‑established dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional who understands dealership accounting, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right.

As our Automotive Office Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the dealership office and help ensure that accounting, administrative, and financial processes run smoothly and accurately. CDK experience is a plus. You will work closely with dealership management and department leaders while helping maintain strong internal controls, accurate records, and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily dealership accounting and office operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Review and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor cash flow, reconciliations and dealership transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle deals and related paperwork
- Work closely with the General Manager and dealership leadership
- Supervise and support office/accounting staff
- Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and accuracy
- Provide financial and operational reporting to dealership management
- Previous automotive dealership accounting/office management experience
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Leadership skills and a hands‑on approach
- Strong computer and accounting system skills
- Professional, dependable and team‑oriented attitude
