We are currently hiring Administrative Field Assistants who will work out of our Princeton, NJ office location to support our research staff working remotely in the field. As an Administrative Field Assistant, you will assist with survey-related tasks for a variety of national public policy studies. This position will work closely with a team of survey professionals to support in-person data collection.

• Provide administrative support to data collection staff such as assistance with labeling of documents and compiling detailed mailings
• Prepare and ship materials and supplies via Fed Ex
• Make comprehensive travel arrangements including air travel, car rental, and hotel bookings via Mathematica’s travel agency
• Track travel expenses, project materials, incentives, and equipment
• Assist field staff with timesheets and expense reports
• Provide technical support to data collection staff and troubleshoot technical issues
