Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME (5 hours a day Mon-Fri) Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves working collaboratively to ensure smooth administrative workflows and maintaining a high standard in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.

- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain updated records and documentation.

- Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

- Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.

- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to organize and share documents effectively.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.

- Assist in creating and formatting documents for presentations and reports.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Familiarity with expense reporting and reimbursement processes.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
