Intake & Accounts Payable Specialist - Location:
Princeton, New Jersey (in‑person only) - Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)

- Manage client intake and retention by collecting documentation and accurately entering data into our systems.
- Develop and implement processes to track and recover overdue receivables.
- Handle administrative tasks including spreadsheet management, drafting correspondence, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes to ensure efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach initiatives and strengthen client engagement.
- Process and submit payments to third‑party vendors.
- Experience with CRM or legal case management software (preferred).
- Prior experience in legal, customer service, or sales roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
