We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office administration and human resources support. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating internal events, and supporting key HR processes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Office Administration
- Manage general office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, and facilities coordination.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support meeting logistics, calendars, and internal event coordination, including anniversaries, outings, sports activities, and the annual Christmas party.
- Assist with basic accounting or expense tracking tasks as needed.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, service providers, and internal staff.
- Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, system access).
- Maintain employee records and HR files with strict confidentiality.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance tasks.
- Help coordinate recruiting logistics (interview scheduling, candidate communication).
- Provide general administrative support to HR and management as needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with new systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small-team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
