- Performs highly diverse and complex administrative functions, including but not limited to proactive calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, supporting recruiting activities, onboarding and offboarding, Bravo, etc.
- Responsible for the organization and planning of meetings.
- Resource to full marketing team for Workday, IT, budget and expense questions.
- Anticipates needs of managers and takes appropriate steps to produce desired outcome with minimal assistance from supervisor.
- Ensures manager’s preparedness for meetings (e.g., assemble meeting materials, assist with PowerPoint presentations & pre-reads).
- Prioritizes activities and acts based on an understanding of department objectives and business needs.
- Anticipates key issues and implements action plans based on changing priorities and commitments.
- Be able and willing to adapt to constant changes and can quickly course‑correct when necessary.
- Demonstrates strong decision‑making capability to guide assigned projects to successful conclusions and meet deadlines.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by remaining current with BMS continuous learning modules.
- Learns new systems to support team, including submissions and maintenance for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Supports team culture.
- Exhibits a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with other administrative assistants and partners across organizational levels and functions.
- At least 8 years of administrative experience with significant experience supporting an executive and large team.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills including excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information or situations with confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy and good judgment.
- Ability to work and think independently with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment and provide high‑quality work with attention to detail.
Princeton – NJ – US: $74,630 – $90,434
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job‑related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
