Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Copy Clerk for a temporary office-based assignment in Princeton, NJ. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with experience in mail services, copy center support, office services, print production, or general administrative support. The Copy Clerk will support daily mail, copying, printing, finishing, and office services operations in a professional nonprofit environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can stay organized while managing multiple service requests throughout the day.
Candidates who are personable, dependable, and comfortable working independently will be well positioned for success. - Support mail services operations, including sorting, processing, and preparing outgoing and incoming mail and shipments.
- Operate office services equipment such as copiers, printers, binding equipment, and related production or finishing equipment.
- Assist with document production, copying, scanning, printing, and basic bindery or finishing tasks.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely completion of service requests in a busy office environment.
- Communicate professionally with internal clients, team members, and visitors while providing responsive service.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office services or mailroom work area.
- Pay rate: $17.25 per hour.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. - Assignment type:
