The Institute of Defense Analyses (IDA) has an immediate career opening for a full time Property Administrator in our Center for Communications Research located in Princeton, New Jersey (CCRP). This opening is located at IDA's Center for Communications Research in Princeton, New Jersey (CCRP). CompensationWe support transparency, equity and fairness in our compensation program and provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range based on data‑driven market analysis for each position. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $51,000 – $81,000. Individual salary within this range will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, unique skills and qualifications and other relevant factors.
Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years’ experience in purchasing or property control functions, preferably in a government contract environment
- Working knowledge of automated inventory tracking system
- Experience using database management systems or word processing software, preferable in a Linux/Unix environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
