Administrative Assistant And Front Desk Receptionist
Role:
Administrative Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist Duration: 12 month+ contract
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Day shift) on site.
Required Experience:
5+ years of Administrative / Reception experience Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High school degree Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Finance/Procurement/IT
- Reconciling invoices for UPS and WBMason
- Processing contracts for new vendors
- Answering phones
- Receiving packages
- Distributing mail
- Access badge requests to BXP
- Business card requests for new employees, newly promoted and re-orders
- Updating employee phone list
- Updating the warden fire list with removing or adding Princeton employees
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Should be proactive, a self-starter, and focused
